Terms & Conditions

Quotations are valid for a period of 30 days.
Acceptance of quotation must be confirmed by email with a quotation number, or by a signed copy of the quotation issued by Next Generation Glass & Double Glazing.
Payment schedule: 10% deposit upon acceptance, 40% on delivery of frames, 40% on lock up, and 10% on completion. All monies are due within 5 working days. All goods remain property of Next Generation Glass & Double Glazing until paid in full. We reserve the right to change the payment conditions at our discretion.
The structural opening has to be capable of accommodating all loads transferred from our windows and doors.
Next Generation Glass & Double Glazing is not responsible for the relocation of any obstructions, any relating electrical work, and the removal and disposal of any structures.
The client is responsible for the preparation of the opening, including waterproofing of the surface where the aluminium framing or sills would otherwise be in permanent contact with earth, cement and lime products, stone, brick or timber or dissimilar metals.
Access to working area must be safe and suitable for the materials to be carried to the work area.
Next Generation Glass & Double Glazing is not responsible for any scaffolding, hoisting, lifting or crane service, unless otherwise expressly agreed to do so in writing.
Next Generation Glass & Double Glazing offers a 2 year warranty on all parts and labour. All warranties offered by Next Generation Glass & Double Glazing are subject to an on site inspection and evalution. Interpon painted aluminium products come with a 10 year warranty.
All uPVC double glazed products come with a 10 year warranty.
Next Generation Glass & Double Glazing will not be liable for spontaneous breakage of toughened glass.
Next Generation Glass & Double Glazing will not offer a water rating for opening in doors, but can discuss all available options to meet our clients’ needs.
Please note that unless a Wind Load (ULS & SLS) has been advised, this quotation shall be based on our unqualified estimated rating. If we are advised later of a different rating that requires a change in glass or frame type, there may be a cost variation to our quote. In order to supply and Glazing Certificate, we will require written advice from the project engineer if the Wind Loads.
Our lead time will commence from the date of funds being received, and our staff will duly advise our best possible lead time.

We decided to take the supply and installation of our windows/doors out of our contract with our builder, not being happy with the quality of product specified by the designer. Thanks to Next Generation Glass for installing double-glazing throughout our home with a fast, friendly service and no fuss or mess. After having roller shutters over a period of 23 years, I wished I had installed double-glazing much earlier. Outside noise level is nonexistent; we used to have to put up with power tools and generators almost daily. Heat levels have reduced considerably too. On a 44 degree Celsius day I turned the air-con on at 10am and off again at 1pm. The house stayed cool for 6 hours before needing AC again!
